Disclaimer

Dr. Eve is a licensed naturopathic doctor within the province of British Columbia, Canada where she offers naturopathic medical services. For anyone outside this jurisdiction and for the purposes of this program, Dr. Eve will not be providing naturopathic medical services as an ND, but rather health coaching to clients. The Fertility Repair Method is an educational program designed to empower women to know and understand their body and ways to lead a healthy lifestyle, thereby increasing their chances of a successful pregnancy.

 

By participating in this program, you understand that there is no doctor-patient relationship between yourself and Dr. Eve, but rather a health coach-client relationship, and accept that the purpose of this program is to educate and not one where you will receive personal medical advice. Dr. Eve does not accept any liability for claims arising out of your participation in the program.

 

In terms of the exercise components of this program—each person has a different capacity for participating in exercise. You should be aware of your fitness, health status, and skill level before commencing this exercise program. If you are concerned about whether the exercises in this program are right for you, please consult with your health care provider before beginning the program.

Refund Policy: No Refunds

After the purchase of The Fertility Repair Method is complete, there are no refunds provided. All payments must be made according to the payment schedule.

One-on-One Calls

The one-on-one calls included in your program—like all content and communication within The Fertility Repair Method—are offered in a health coaching capacity, not as medical care. All sessions must be booked and used within 6 months of purchase; any unused calls will expire after that time. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule, or the session may be forfeited.​

Informed Consent 

The Fertility Repair Method, Vivacious Method: Fun, Fit & Fabulous and Vivacious Mamas: Pregnancy (the latter being bonus programs when you join The Fertility Repair Method) are programs designed to restore health, repair the body, increase energy and get fit through nutrition, lifestyle practices and exercise. Furthermore, specifically for The Fertility Repair Method, the goal is to prepare the body for a successful and healthy pregnancy. By participating in the program, you agree that:

 

  • The program is for educational purposes designed by Dr. Eve with a fitness section taught by fitness experts (see disclaimer above) and is not designed to diagnose or treat any medical conditions. For diagnosis or treatment of any medical problem, consult your physician. Dr. Eve is not responsible for any specific health concern that may require medical supervision and is not liable for any damages or negative consequences from the program.

  • The program does not guarantee results. The program requires your active participation and dedicated effort to increase the likelihood of achieving your goals (this point is further explained under ‘no guarantees’ near the end of this document).

  • Expenses for this program are not covered under provincial health care or extended healthcare.

 

Ongoing access policy: 

You have ongoing access to The Vivacious Method and Vivacious Mamas content hub with the exception of the fitness component. That means that after your program timeframe is complete, you will retain access to the lesson content, but will no longer have access to the fitness videos. When you complete The Vivacious Mamas: Fertility Repair Method, you will be removed from the program Facebook group and access to accountability calls will cease. After your program timeframe is complete, if you wish to retain access to the fitness videos and facebook group for support and accountability, you may reach out to Dr. Eve at info@doctoreve.ca to purchase an extended membership access.

 

Monthly payment plan policy: 

If you are on a monthly payment plan, you are required to complete all of your monthly payments regardless of your activity in The Fertility Repair Method. Failure to complete your monthly payments may result in denied access to your content hub and accountability calls. 

 

Declined Payment Policy: 

As a client in The Fertility Repair Method, you are required to complete all of your payments. You have 5 business days from the date of the payment decline to bring your account into good standing. Failure to bring your account into good standing may result in denied access to your content hub and accountability calls.

 

Hours Of Operation: 

The Fertility Repair Method offers the following hours of operation: Monday - Thursday, from 9 am PST to 2 PM PST. All client communication will be responded to within 1 business day or sooner during regular business hours. This includes responses inside of The Fertility Repair Method Facebook group.

We collect information from you when you register on the site, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.

To modify your email subscriptions, you can find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
